About Lily
Lily Redding works with international clients as a Somatic Therapy, Subconscious Transformation & Inner Child Healing Practitioner.
Here’s the truth, love: I’ve walked the path of healing that I now guide others through.
For most of my life, I carried the weight of “not enough-ness.” By five, I had already started using emotional eating to cope, which later become bulimia. Social anxiety made me feel invisible and disconnected. I kept my true self locked away, always trying to be liked, yet never feeling truly respected or loved. I didn’t know it then, but these were all protective mechanisms—ways my inner world tried to shield me from pain.
My turning point came when I discovered somatic therapy, subconscious transformation, and inner child healing. With every session, piece by piece, I felt myself come back to life. I learned how to truly sit with my emotions, to meet myself with compassion instead of judgment, and to uncover the inner light I had been hiding for so long.
The result? My relationship with myself shifted in the most profound way. Social anxiety faded, my self-worth flourished, the emotional eating I had experienced for years was easefully replaced by loving self nourishment, I found a profound inner connection to a Higher Power, and I felt a sense of peace I had never known.
And now, it’s my greatest joy to share this work. To help others find the safety, love, and confidence that has always been within them. Because if I could climb that mountain, I know you can too—and I’m here to guide the way.
